As your birth doula, I provide continuous support throughout your birthing experience. I will assist you in moving into different positions during labor and ensure your birthing preferences are respected, empowering you to feel confident and heard every step of the way.

Mindfulness Mentorship

Deepen your mindfulness practice with one-on-one mentorship. Learn to bring mindful awareness into your everyday life, creating a foundation of presence and clarity. This mentorship supports you in parenting and birthing from a place of calm and intention, free from the patterns of fear or trauma, so you can meet life’s challenges with clear seeing and open-heartedness.

I stand for women embracing their own power in birthing and the transformative journey into motherhood. I believe that every way of birthing is sacred, and I am here to support you in creating an environment free of judgment. Every woman deserves the right to choose how she wants to birth. Through the power of mindfulness, I believe we can navigate each stage of life with greater wholeness and embodiment, finding presence and trust within ourselves. My commitment is to ensure that you feel seen, supported, safe, and celebrated. I will stand by your side, fiercely advocating for your right to birth however you choose.
