Birth Doula
As your birth doula, I am dedicated to supporting you throughout your pregnancy journey. I will guide you through mindful exercises to help you reconnect with your body and discover your inner wisdom, allowing you to clarify your desires from a place of authenticity rather than societal conditioning. During labor, I will share comfort techniques to help ease your experience and will be by your side, along with your partner if present, to ensure your voice and preferences are respected. My primary goal is to help you fully embody the birthing experience, allowing you to birth instinctively without overthinking. Additionally, I'll visit you postpartum to ensure a smooth transition as you embark on this new chapter of your life.

As a 500-hour certified yoga teacher, I am passionate about the transformative power of yoga to connect the mind, body, and soul, facilitating healing and embodiment. During pregnancy, yoga can enhance physical strength and flexibility, alleviate discomfort, and foster a deep sense of connection between a mother and her baby. Postpartum, it aids recovery by promoting mental wellness, improving posture, and rebuilding core strength. Yoga empowers us to navigate life's transitions with resilience, teaching us to stay centered and grounded amidst change. Just as we learn to ride the waves of life, yoga helps us embrace challenges without being overwhelmed.
I offer personalized private yoga sessions designed to meet your individual needs, along with community classes that welcome all levels.

Grow your mindfulness practice with me. Mindfulness reconnects you with your body, helping you find ease and a sense of home within it. This is essential at every stage of life, as it allows you to befriend yourself and build resilience to navigate change.
During pregnancy, mindfulness helps you embrace your ever-changing body, allowing you to love and accept it no matter what changes arise. It supports you in connecting to the inner peace and wisdom that often gets overlooked, relieving stress about the unknown and grounding you in the present moment.
When it comes to birthing, mindfulness can ease pain by helping you relax and breaking the cycle of fear, tension, and pain. It will ground you in your body’s natural wisdom—reminding you that generations of birthing bodies have come before you, and that same wisdom is within you. Lean into it, and let your body remember how to birth.
As a parent, mindfulness helps you show up with clarity and presence. Though the journey can be challenging, mindfulness makes a profound difference by keeping you grounded in what truly matters, allowing you to respond from a place of calm and awareness.
